They fit very well the part of children and playroom ,and the colouration reminds me of some Christmas vibe, but you can use wherever you like.

Hello Everybody! For today I present to you another set of items in floral style. This set is born from the idea of the latest post Nature Within but I decided to use them for another purpose. Like the other one is thought mostly for green areas, the bench especially are really good for outdoor, but suits well even in living rooms and bed rooms as you can see.

Hello Everybody! Today I present to you a new decoration set. Like the title suggest is based on nature thematic the wall shows a nice country style and for a more colorful variant the one with the birdhouse decal, plus some nice painting and rugs which join perfectly the style and the vibe of the room like green houses and tea rooms.

Madam Radanovich Dance Studio

Hello Everybody! For today I present to you this new communitary ballet studio lot. As promised in the latest set I made this  from cozy cottage house was converted to a well known dance studio for Girls teens and adults by the renowned Madam Radanovich.
It contains several custom contents of mine most importantly the signs that come separately for the unfurnished  but included in the furnished one, and of course is needed the dance pole from the store for the real purpose and set like a Gym.

My Ballet Studio

Hello Everybody! For today I present to you my ballet studio, since I got te ballet set from the store I wanted to make a small private studio in my own house, so I made this wall, paintings , recolor furniture and objects to decorate it. And maybe my next project will be a communitary ballet studio.

The Bali House

Hello Everybody, This time I present to you another house. The architectural style is like the old house I posted while ago of Villa Seminyak ,and they are pretty similar because of the same construction company, but in any case both have unique feature of walls and patterns. The house have 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, open kitchen and living, pool table, basement with laundry, swimming pool , Jacuzzi , sundeck and bbq
The house contain both custom and store contents.

Emerald Villa

Hello Everyone, today a present to you this  remodel of a Midnight Hollow house I originally made it for my sims and then I decided to share it with all of you, I give to it a bit of brighter colour, the house was too dark for my taste, and I added some balconies and try to make it  a bit cozy.
I used some cc of mine that you can find on older posts, also some things made by Luna, Vita Sims and Pilar  and of course some Store content such as Midnight Hallow itself.
I uploaded 2 different files of the house, one furnish (big file) and other unfurnished for the one who only want the house.
The house is originally located at : Common Quarts, 88 True Terrace  for the specific location of Midnight Hallows, The lot is 50x50 for other cities

Hello Everybody! For today I present you this new type of set thought for women's bedrooms and living rooms. This was one of my idea since I made the old Men's Pride set but because of the most recently selection I decided to delay a little bit this one. Anyway this is a return to the wall floral theme very appropriate to the style the furniture and patterns we'll do the rest and the result as you can see are very beautiful.

Seminyak Villa

Hello Everybody, This time I present to you a try of my first house ever posted here. The theme is a  typical Indonesian beach house, they are usually  open plan. It comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spa room, media room, laundry, open kitchen dinning and living room, and a nice pool and Jacuzzi for outdoor recreations. the house contains both store and custom content.

Hello Everyone! Today I created this beautiful wall set for child rooms. I took inspiration from a decoration magazine which looks amazing, and believe me looks exactly like the same in game. It's very original with it's fantasy theme, and suits very well dragon valley city in my opinion, you don't even need for painting cause of the drawing in the wall itself.

Shabby Chic Set

Hello Everybody! Today I made a beautiful set in off white shabby chic style. It can be used mainly in formal and informal living rooms and dinning rooms and kitchen. The white and creamy colour makes the room clean an very neat but the styling makes feel very homey and familiar. I just love the table for his definition and you can find the matching chair of one of the tables in the Sunshine Garden post

Hello Everybody! I think I got carried away with this set, but I really had so much fun design it. Hello Everybody! I'm back! I changed my laptop to a brand new one it took me a while to get it full functional, but now I'm done :)

In this time I focused al lot on the tropical and coastal theme cause of the new expansion, I needed more decoration and build stuff for my resort and house beach and then I decided to share with you all. Hello Everyone! After the great success of the latest coastal set I decided to make it some more of that but this time for children and teen; I tried to make a colourful style for girls and a monochromatic a classic for boys but of course you are free to choose which if for :)
In addition I created even a custom recolor of the retail dart board for the coastal theme always a classic in child room.
