Hello everybody! For today I present to you this new sims. I finally bought The Sims 4 and I started to practice a little with the new CaS. I created those two sims ,and yes they got some custom content, for starter and I thought to share them on my blog and get some opinion.

Hello Everybody! For today I present to you this new decoration set. The title is enough to understand what we are gonna get, a nice kitchen in a copper plated style, for the most exquisite  and classic kitchen. With the addition of some matching flooring and back splash to do some nice fitting.

Hello Everybody! For today I present to you this new decoration set. I needed a real nice surfing shop near the beach in Paradise Island, so I made some fitting decoration and style to make it unique and not bland as the retail one.

AFTERNOON TEA FOR TWO

Hello Everybody! For today I present to you this new communitary set. This is a little tea room cottage, is perfect for your sims to go and have a nice cup of tea or coffee with a delicious pastry, relax and have a nice time with his friends or even a romantic date.
I uploaded the lot unfurnished mostly because I used lots of stores items that will be replaced, and some donation custom content , but  you will have fun decorating it at your own taste.
I even made some recoloured cc so you can use for decorating it.
